Large Factory
Aung Crown is based in Shenzhen, China. It's an independent manufacturing factory of 20,000 square meters. More than 300 staffs work here, most of whom have 6 to 20 years of experience in clothing manufacturing industry. They make hats and clothing for many customers from all over the world. In the office, we have top sales representatives talk to our global customers about their orders. Our fashion designers help some startups with their designs or tech packs. Our R&D team also creates some new hats and clothing from time to time for our customers to pick. The merchadisers help keep our customers up-to-date about their order production process.
Latest Automated Equipment
Our clothing factory is equipped with automated machines exported from Korea. Those automated machines greatly makes our production faster and more efficient. We're great at embroidery, silkscreen printing, heat press, woven labels and laser cut. If you need other special techniques for your design, we can make it for you by outsourcing.
Multiple Certificates
We owns lots of certificates to do international business with the customers overseas. The certificates include business license, BSCI, EUIPO, GRS and so on. We're especially proud of our Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certificate, because it allows us to use Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate (RPET), a new type of eco-friendly fabric made of discarded plastic bottles, to produce hats and apparels. 8 Plastic bottles can make 1 hat, 7 plastic bottles can make 1 Tee! :D
